End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and PNE ("Company") for the use of the application ("Application").

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or transfer the Application.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, or reverse engineer the Application.
• Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, including if you violate any provision of this Agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application.
